Create Some Ideal Profiles
Why don’t you spend some time thinking through the traits that you most would like in your employee. Even if you can’t afford anyone just yet, knowing this will help you to avoid disappointment when suddenly you do need to hire someone. Or, what if a child or a nephew or niece wants to spend time helping you and learning from you? Would you take that on - even for just a short while?
