My Fees
* $25 deposit to start.
* $50 for main template, marked for you to insert YOUR content.
* $20 for each additional page you want (done with template)
* $25 for setting up a Blog (WordPress) site, finding a theme or "skin" you like and installing it,
and an email with basic steps for logging in and using it.
* $20/hour for setting up a SiteBuildIt! site, and guiding you through first steps.
Additional Options:
* $20/hour for writing up and polishing web page content
* $20/hour for adding blog, forum, mailing list program, etc. to your site.
CONDITIONAL PRICE SLASH PROMISE
Sometimes negotiating changes and improvements can drag a project on and on. IF we
can work together swiftly and agree on the finished web pages without a lot of re-doing, my invoice
will be only $25 for the main template, and $10 for each additional web page outlined for you. Due
on delivery.
How it works
Let's say after some emails back and forth, I tell you I have enough information to start designing
your site. You send me a deposit of $25 via PayPal, or cheque or money-order).
I put up my first efforts at a private URL that I do not advertise, nor is it linked to from other
pages, so no visitors can accidentally stumble on it. I'll send you the URL however, to have a
look.
You let me know what you think and I make changes as we agree on them.
When you are happy with the basic template look, I would add any other pages you request, marked
with the spots where you can add new material as you please, and email the pages to you in raw HTML
code.
You would make a folder on your computer to save them, find your domain and web host,
and get a free FTP program, which is necessary if you have a good quality paid host. (Most free
hosts will have a built in File Manager by which you upload with a few clicks).
If you have added your content - or, you may send me the material you want on the first original and
main pages - then you are set to upload your site, and be in business! From here on in, YOUR job is
maintenance and adding pages.
